Choose System Audio
From the BeginClass live entry, select system audio instead of the microphone.
Confirm the source in Apple’s interface
Use the ReplayKit or ScreenCaptureKit system panel to authorize and choose the source. BeginClass cannot bypass this step.
Open floating captions
Keep original text or bilingual captions visible while the course, browser, or player remains in view.
Pause, resume, or finish
Use the available controls to manage the same live session. Closing the caption window does not silently create a second recording.
Review the saved note
After finishing, return to the recording, transcript, translation, and bookmarks in BeginClass.
